Applies to: All MomentumTech Corporation employees, contractors, partners, and independent
consultants worldwide.
- Purpose of This Policy
MomentumTech Corporation maintains strict standards regarding media communications, press
interactions, public statements, and brand representation. This policy protects the integrity,
accuracy, and consistency of MomentumTech Corporation, MagicKids.ai, and all associated
technologies, platforms, certifications, and programs.
MomentumTech Corporation is a global artificial intelligence platform serving businesses,
educators, families, and entrepreneurs worldwide. As such, all public communications must be
coordinated through authorized corporate channels.
This policy defines who may speak on behalf of the company, how media opportunities are
handled, and how independent consultants may appropriately support media outreach.
- Authorized Corporate Spokespersons
Only officially designated MomentumTech Corporation representatives may speak on behalf of
the company to the media, press, or the public in an official capacity.
Authorized spokespersons include:
● Ed Garza, Founder & CTO
● James Penny, Founder & CEO
● Jennette Garza, Director of Media Relations & Booking
● Other representatives explicitly authorized in writing by MomentumTech Corporation
executive leadership
No other individual, including independent consultants, may represent themselves as an official
spokesperson for MomentumTech Corporation, MagicKids.ai, or any affiliated program.
- Independent Consultant Status and Representation
Limitations
MomentumTech independent consultants are independent business operators and are not
employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of MomentumTech Corporation.
Independent consultants may not:
● Represent themselves as official corporate spokespersons
● Speak to media on behalf of MomentumTech Corporation
● Provide official corporate statements, interviews, or commentary
● Schedule media appearances on behalf of MomentumTech leadership
● Present themselves as corporate executives, representatives, or employees
Independent consultants may only share their personal experiences as independent users of
MomentumTech platforms and must clearly disclose their independent status when appropriate.

All media inquiries, interview requests, podcast invitations, speaking engagements, press
opportunities, and public relations communications must be directed exclusively to
MomentumTech Corporation’s official media contact.

● Conferences
● Interviews
● Media features
● Educational institutions
● Corporate partnerships
Consultants may introduce MomentumTech Corporation leadership to media contacts. All such
introductions must be directed to: jennette@momentumtechcorp.com
- Press Release Distribution Policy
MomentumTech Corporation provides official press releases to independent consultants to
support awareness, credibility, and professional outreach.
Consultants are authorized to share official MomentumTech press releases under the following
conditions:
Authorized actions:
● Share press releases in original, unmodified PDF format
● Distribute press releases to media contacts, partners, and professional networks
● Use press releases to introduce MomentumTech Corporation to potential opportunities
Unauthorized actions:
Consultants may NOT:
● Modify press releases in any way
● Edit, rewrite, or alter press release content
● Remove corporate branding or media contact information
● Add themselves as media contact representatives
● Create unofficial or modified versions of corporate press releases
Press releases must always be distributed in their original corporate-issued format.
- Protection of Corporate Messaging and Brand Integrity
MomentumTech Corporation strictly controls public messaging to ensure:
● Accuracy of information
● Legal and regulatory compliance
● Brand consistency
● Protection of intellectual property
● Professional media relationships
● Protection of platform users and customers
Unauthorized public statements, media representation, or altered corporate communications
may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of consultant privileges. - MagicKids.ai Specific Media Policy
MagicKids.ai is a proprietary educational technology platform owned and operated by
MomentumTech Corporation.
All media inquiries regarding MagicKids.ai must be directed exclusively to MomentumTech
Corporation’s official media contact:

Independent consultants are not authorized to speak to the media on behalf of MagicKids.ai or
represent themselves as official MagicKids.ai representatives.
- Booking Calendar and Speaking Engagement Policy
Any public booking calendars displayed on MomentumTech Corporation or MagicKids.ai
websites are exclusively for booking official MomentumTech Corporation spokespersons.
These calendars are controlled and managed solely by MomentumTech Corporation’s media
relations department.
Independent consultants may not access, modify, or utilize corporate booking systems. - Intellectual Property and Communications Ownership
All MomentumTech Corporation materials, including:
● Press releases
● Website content
● Marketing materials
● Certification programs
● Educational content
● AI tools and software
● Branding and messaging
are protected intellectual property owned exclusively by MomentumTech Corporation.
- Compliance and Enforcement
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
● Suspension of consultant privileges
● Removal from MomentumTech platforms
● Termination of consultant agreements
● Legal action if necessary
